Artisticstoreis provides party styling and small event organization services in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Post-event takedown and cleanup

Booking and Payment

When you book services with artisticstoreis, you agree to the following:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process
  • Pay all fees and charges associated with your selected package
  • Make payment according to the terms specified in your service agreement
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking
  • Final payment is typically due before the event date

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies for party styling services:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund minus a processing fee
  • Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable
  • Deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, artisticstoreis reserves the right to modify these terms

Client Responsibilities

As a client of artisticstoreis, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details including date, time, location, and guest count
  • Ensure venue access for setup and takedown at agreed times
  • Obtain necessary permissions from venue owners for decoration installation
  • Notify us of any venue restrictions or special requirements
  • Provide adequate workspace and facilities for our team
  • Communicate any changes to event plans in a timely manner

Intellectual Property

All content on artisticstoreis.cv, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Artisticstoreis and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

Photography and Media

Artisticstoreis may photograph events for portfolio and marketing purposes. By engaging our services, you grant us permission to use photographs of our styling work for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Limitation of Liability
